WinAm — Terms & Conditions

1. About WinAm

WinAm is a mobile puzzle game with weekly prize draws (“WinAm”, “we”, “us”, “our”). WinAm is accessed at winam.gg on Nigerian mobile networks. By subscribing to or using WinAm, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

WinAm is available to persons aged 18 years or older. By using the service you confirm that you are at least 18. Each subscriber may hold one account. We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, abuse, or any activity that undermines the fairness of the game or its draws.

3. Subscriptions, passes and renewal

Access to WinAm is provided through paid subscriptions and passes, and how renewal works depends on how you pay.

Airtime subscriptions. If you subscribe using your mobile airtime, your subscription renews automatically at the start of each billing cycle until you turn off auto-renewal or cancel. You control this at any time; turning off auto-renewal stops further billing after your current cycle ends.

Access passes. If you buy an access pass using another payment method, the pass is a one-time purchase and does not renew automatically by default. Where we offer an optional auto-renewal, it applies only if you expressly choose to turn it on, and you can turn it off at any time.

A subscription or pass gives you access to play WinAm’s games for the period it covers. When it ends, your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

4. Playing, entries, leaderboards and prizes

A subscription or pass gives you access to play WinAm’s games; it does not by itself purchase or guarantee any prize. There are two separate ways to win, and they work differently:

Prize draws (random). Entries into WinAm’s weekly prize draws are earned through play — by taking part in the games and through engagement rewards such as streaks and missions — and accumulate up to each week’s draw cutoff. To keep draws fair, the number of a single player’s entries that count toward winning in any week may be capped. Winners are selected by a verified random draw from the pool of eligible entries for that period, with prizes awarded across defined prize tiers. Each entry carries a reference, and you can see your entries and their outcomes in your entry history. Being entered does not guarantee a prize.

Leaderboard rewards (skill). Separately, players may earn rewards based on where they rank on WinAm’s leaderboards, which reflect how well and how much you play over a given period. Leaderboard rewards, where offered, are awarded to top-ranked players across defined positions and prize tiers, and may run on a weekly basis and, during specific campaign periods, on a daily basis. These rewards are earned by ranking and are separate from the random prize draws.

We reserve the right to vary, suspend, or amend the games, entry-earning, leaderboards, draws, and rewards — including their timing, prize tiers, fairness caps, cadences, and eligibility rules — where reasonably necessary, including for operational, technical, or regulatory reasons.

5. Payments, refunds and disputes

Passes and subscriptions are paid for at the price shown at the point of purchase. Payments are non-refundable once a draw entry has been earned or a draw has been entered. Before then, refunds are at our discretion. Where a payment dispute or chargeback is raised through your bank or payment provider, it will be handled on a case-by-case basis in line with these Terms and the records of your access and participation.

6. Consent and cancellation

Subscription to WinAm is consent-driven. You activate the service through an explicit opt-in, and you may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing or pass period. In line with the NCC Do-Not-Disturb framework, we do not send unsolicited promotional messages to non-subscribers.

7. Fair use

You agree to use WinAm only for its intended purpose. Automated play, exploitation of bugs, multiple accounts, or any attempt to manipulate games, entries, draws, or leaderboards may result in forfeiture of entries and closure of your account.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use of WinAm after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Limitation of liability

WinAm is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of WinAm is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
